What kind pillow do you use with a cpap machine?

For those who use a cpap, please. I am a side sleeper and wondered if the special pillows are worth it or do you have any "home made" pillow tricks?

I used to sleep on my side before cpap because it was easier to breath. Now after being on CPAP therapy I find it easier to sleep on my back since breathing isn’t as big of an issue. The real issues now are mask issues in the middle of the night and they are easier to deal with on your back proped up. Every time I roll to the side my mask gets pulled, leaks start, and sometimes I even break the mask. I use two or three pillows to prop myself up. I haven’t found the special pillows to be very helpful.
