My Sleep Apnea Experience

Albert Cano used to get painful sore throats all the time because of his large tonsils. After one extremely painful episode, Albert decided to see a doctor to discuss having his tonsils removed. Eventually, his tonsils were removed, but in the process, Albert also found out he had sleep apnea. Whats more, he had never heard of sleep apnea! Since his diagnosis, not only has Albert learned what sleep apnea is, but also what causes it, why it needs to be treated, how to treat it and that millions of Americans do not even know they have it or how deadly it can be.
