What Herbs help with sleep disorders?
I stay away as much as 7nights without any sleep, then I want to sleep a couple od days and nights. How can I control this?
passiflorra incarnetta –mother tincture or extract 10 drops night
coffea cruda-30
will induce sleep and restore normalcy without any side effect
kali phos- 6x bio salts helps
do not drink too much coffee that prevent sleep
with above medicines no coffee cas it antidots
Do deep breathing exercises before going to
the bed, lay down on your back
close your eyes and ears with both the
index fingers inhale deeply in to your
stomach then exhale slowly making sounds such
as ‘ummmmm’ or ‘ommmm’ concentrate on only
on sounds and breathing.
Also take FLAX seed oil or Evening primrose oil
soft gel capsules which activate the stress hormone inhibitors.

I have not read it, but saw a infomercial about a book called

they say to go to sleep sniff a cut onion ( ? ) who knows

Make Camomile tea before bedtime. Count from ten down to 0. Stop thinking, thinking is probably what keeps you awake.

Try Valerian, skullcap, passion flower, hops and damiana in tea or pill form. Works like a charm. Any of these alone will help and together they can’t be beat.

Valerian is great if you are having trouble going and staying asleep. A friend of mine was having trouble sleeping because of radiation treatment. Worked perfectly and he didn’t have the side affects he was having with prescription sleep aids. If you only need to relax chamomile works great.
