How many in here have sleep disorders?
Tell me about it? Thanks—oh, just wondering if it’s like mine.
I know this is going to sound like a commercial but it is the truth.
My husband had the worst trouble sleeping- he had sleep apnea, would snore terribly and would sleep for 8 hours and wake up feeling like he had not slept at all. He was about to start using the machine for sleep apnea but we investigated getting a new bed first. We bit the bullet and went with a Tempur-pedic bed- we have only had it a week but I am not kidding when I tell you the difference is drastic and immediate . I have not heard him snoring at all, I have not noticed him stop breathing in the night or chomping or grinding his teeth anymore and he is sleeping 6 hours and waking up feeling refreshed and energized.
Yes the bed was pretty spendy but it is well worth the investment when you can get a productive, healing nights sleep.
Well, I’m answering this question at 4:10 a.m.

I don’t know if it’s an actual sleeping disorder, but usually I get not much sleep at all, a normal for me on weekdays is somewhere between 6 and 3 hours, sometimes more than that and sometimes less, lol though by the time its Saturday I usually just sleep the whole day Saturday to catch up, then it starts again. Occasionally I don’t sleep at all though, it’s always so random lol. Sometimes I do get waken up by nightmares. I’m pretty sure that’s about it lol, hope you had fun reading.
Oh well actually, in the school holidays sometimes I don’t sleep for a few days, which is really annoying because it gets so boring when you can’t sleep, sometimes I get inspiration to paint at 4am though, which is always a fun thing to do at that time of the morning. ok, this is pretty long now I’ll stop lol.

I don’t know if it is a disorder or not, but I think sleep is WAY over-rated. I sleep very little, perhaps only 10-15 hours a week, not counting short 10/15 minute cat naps. There is much to do and contemplate. I do not get much done nor do I contemplate much while asleep.
When I get tired, I sleep, but rarely more than a few hours at a time.

I do…It takes about 12 seconds before getting sound sleep.
It must be a gyroscopic problem though, because I noticed every time my head is on the horizontal, I start snoring!
(Sorry…I could not resist the temptation; it must be a hard thing to deal with sleep disorder. I’ll look for a remedy and let you know what you can try. God provided us with all the solutions to problems we have and will have in the future).
