At the height of my sleep apnea, the symptoms were;
heavy loud snoring,
teeth grinding,
getting up frequently at night to urinate urgently,
feeling groggy/logy most of the day,
falling asleep mid lecture (if sitting down),
falling asleep at odd times & then popping back up realizing i was asleep,
falling asleep while driving (scary)
getting home from work & napping until it was time to go to bed,

Get a sleep study done asap! apnea is life threatening!
i now sleep using a CPAP/BIPAP machine & virtually all those symptoms are gone!
References :
You can have a form of sleep deprivation which is a type of insomia meaning that you may not be getting enough sleep due to stress, you could also have a mild case of depression. I would talk to ur doctor about this so that you can gain the energy during the day. I remember i hadnt gotten a lot of sleep and stayed up the whole night because of stress. What ended up happening was i was feeling shaky as well. And i was very tired but i was fighting it. i have difficulty sleeping at night because of stress. But see ur doctor about it.
References :
The most common form of sleep apnea is obstructive sleep apnea. In obstructive sleep apnea, the muscles of the soft palate around the base of the tongue and the uvula relax, obstructing the airway. The airway obstruction causes the level of oxygen in the blood to fall (hypoxia), increases the stress on the heart, elevates blood pressure, and prevents the patient from entering REM sleep, the restful and restorative stage of sleep. In other words, sleep apnea causes deprivation of quality sleep.
